Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, aiming to understand their needs and how Addzey’s services can meet them.

  • Navigate through our CRM system to track interactions with prospects, ensuring all communications are logged and insights shared.

  • Understand the fundamentals of Addzey’s offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.

  • Support the sales team by participating in learning opportunities and applying feedback to improve sales techniques.

  • Ensure availability during core business hours to engage with prospects and respond to inquiries.

  • Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

  • Collaborate with the team to identify common client questions or concerns, helping to adapt our approach and improve client satisfaction.

  • Assist the Customer Success team in ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Work towards achieving a consistent close rate for both inbound and outbound leads, with a focus on quality interactions and follow-ups.

  • Keep the CRM system up to date with all client interactions, ensuring transparency and accessibility for the team.

  • Contribute to daily and weekly team meetings with insights and updates from client interactions.

  • Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, particularly in a B2B or B2C environment, is beneficial but not required.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging in conversations and presenting Addzey’s services effectively.

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and tools.

  • Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain a clear record of interactions.

  • A team player mindset, eager to contribute to team goals and support colleagues.
