Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer acquisition.

  • Team Management: Lead and inspire the marketing team to execute innovative campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision.

  • Campaign Execution: Direct the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet targets for reach, engagement, and ROI.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives.

  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align marketing objectives with business goals and company values.

  • Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).

  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and managing a high-performing marketing team.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively to various stakeholders.

  • Creative and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
