Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in Marketing and Advertising, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to align marketing objectives with business goals and company values.
Expertise in digital marketing platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Exceptional leadership skills, with experience building and managing a high-performing marketing team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
Creative and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
