Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and company culture.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a timely and efficient hiring of quality talent.

  • Oversee and streamline HR processes, including onboarding, training and development, performance management, and succession planning.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, keeping abreast of changes in labor legislation.

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring competitiveness and equity within the organization.

  • Assess training needs, develop training programs, and monitor training outcomes to enhance employee performance and engagement.

  • Lead workplace diversity initiatives and foster an inclusive environment that values differences and promotes collaboration.

  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures that support the company's growth and employee satisfaction.

  • Successful management of the recruitment process to meet the staffing needs of the company.

  • High levels of employee engagement and job satisfaction as evidenced by employee feedback and retention rates.

  • Continuous improvement of HR practices based on feedback and the evolving needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive role.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field; additional HR certifications are a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations tactfully.

  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.

  • Experience with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
