This role demands more than just sales acumen; it requires a genuine passion for fostering client success and an innate ability to curate a sales experience that leaves clients eager to commit.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge and nurture positive relationships with both business and individual clients, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.

  • Skillfully manage and progress prospects through the sales pipeline using our CRM system, ensuring all interactions are meticulously logged and actionable insights are communicated.

  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of Addzey’s offerings, empowering prospects with knowledge and positioning our solutions as pivotal to their success.

  • Work in tandem with the Sales representatives, embracing opportunities for shadowing and feedback to hone your sales strategy and technique.

  • Commit to availability during core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST) to maximize client engagement opportunities.

  • Continually enhance your product and industry knowledge through both internal and external resources, ensuring you remain a credible and reliable advisor to prospects.

  • Proactively identify and communicate any patterns of client concerns or feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our offerings.

  • Collaborate seamlessly with the Customer Success (CS) team to ensure a smooth transition for clients across different stages of their journey with Addzey.

  • Maintain a vigilant approach to client progression, ensuring swift escalation to the Customer Success Manager for any necessary action planning.

Expected Outcomes:

  • Consistently achieve a minimum close rate of 30% for inbound leads and 20% for outbound opportunities, maintaining diligent follow-up with all qualified prospects.

  • Ensure the CRM system accurately reflects the status of all prospects by the end of each day, providing a clear snapshot for service teams to align their expectations.

  • Deliver comprehensive end-of-day KPI reports, fostering transparent and effective communication with other sales leads.

  • Remain current with Addzey’s product suite and industry trends through ongoing education and training.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in high-ticket sales environments, with a preference for candidates who have thrived in remote settings.

  • A track record of success in either B2B or B2C sales, with a minimum experience of 1-2 years.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for presentations and building rapport.

  • A natural curiosity and openness to mastering new sales methodologies and processes.

  • An organized, routine-driven individual who excels in time management and can independently manage a sales pipeline.
