Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce compelling graphics and visual materials for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards that align with our brand's identity and messaging.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design concepts for various campaigns and projects.
Ensure consistency in the brand's visual language across all channels and materials.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our brand at the forefront of innovative design.
Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and designs meet or exceed expectations.
Provide creative input and suggestions to improve the visual aspects of marketing campaigns and other company initiatives.

Development of visually appealing and on-brand design assets that effectively communicate our message and engage our target audience.
Timely delivery of high-quality design projects, contributing to the success of marketing campaigns and other initiatives.

Requirements:
Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects.
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other visual design tools.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and an eye for detail.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively, and to translate requirements into engaging design concepts.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred, but not required with sufficient portfolio evidence.
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and to provide and receive constructive feedback.
