Addzey is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide top-notch support to our valued customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve their inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media, providing timely and accurate assistance.

  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring all communications are logged accurately.

  • Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary to resolve customer issues.

  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute ideas for improving customer care.

  • Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies to provide informed support to customers.

Expected Outcomes:

  • High customer satisfaction ratings, with positive feedback on the quality of support provided.

  • Effective and efficient resolution of customer issues, leading to a decrease in repeat inquiries.

  • Accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions, aiding in the continuous improvement of service strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar client service role.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
